My first ever massage! At the age of 26 you would of thought I would have had one by now. But now, I'm hooked I felt amazing afterwards and have two booked for the future. It was fantastic. Thank you!

Treatments were very nice but ambience throughout could have been better with less staff chat and a cd not getting stuck on just one track on a loop for entire massage.

I have come to Champneys lots and found it expensive but worth the money for the ambience and professional staff. That was just as good when I recently went, however the quality of the wax was not as good as I am used to. As it is the summer it seemed that there were a lot of appointments in quick succession meaning that it felt rather rushed. In light of this, the result was not immaculate with a few patches that had not been waxed. Still a very good salon, but perhaps not in the busy summer months.
