Staff are lovely, complementary drinks are nice, the place is not too crowded but at the same time not the cleanest either. This didn't bother me too much because the ladies were professional and very helpful. Even though I arrived early, I didn't have to wait around very long at all. The procedure was smooth and I had no issues. I'll be coming back for sure.

Lucinda was great, very professional and gave me a really good massage. Everything ran smoothly, I was seen on time, the process was easy and all of the staff were friendly. The room was a nice temperature, the treatment was exactly what I needed and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very dirty, staff's uniform is stained, used cups everywhere, employee who did my nails was very rough, nails weren't done to a high standard as there was dents in them after they were cured.
