I didn't get the same therapist I wanted but this lady was equally welcoming and friendly. She did initially go quite hard for the pressure I wanted but after telling her I wanted a light more relaxing massage she listened and did so for the rest of the massage. I always love the hot stones and facial at the end. Can't really fault this place.
