This is the 3rd time I've been to this salon - and every time they have had an issue with scheduling, staff availability, delays and making customers wait. This time they made me wait nearly 30 minutes for my pedicure and explained one of their 3 beauty staff didn't turn up to work. One girl had an appointment booked - after she sat for 20 minutes they told her she wouldn't be able to have her appointment and sent her away. Simultaneous to this one staff member had an argument wth a customer over the quality of her manicure and the staff member proceeded to pack her coat and bag and leave the salon. The quality of the treatments is fine, and good value, but these guys really need to sort their act out!!
Arlo did a fantastic job on my hair (it hadn't been cut for over a year). I've been to salons where I've paid twice the price and they've finished in 10 minutes. Arlo took the time to ensure my hair was even from all sides. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Just had a terrible experience here. I had booked in for a wax and paid in advance. I arrived on time and was told to take a seat. After waiting 10 minutes, during which time a customer has an arguement with one of the beauticians, I asked when my appointment would start. I was told that there was no one to do my appointment and that I would have to call yourselves for a refund. This has wasted part of my evening, traveling to the salon specially and waiting there before anyone even bothered to say my appointment wouldn't happen. On top of this the salon didn't seem particularly clean or have a nice atmosphere.
