Zara was lovely and really helped to distract me through the pain of the Hollywood wax! It was really good that she wanted me to check to see if she had missed anything however the lighting in the room wasn't treat so didn't see till I got home that there were a few patches but I wasn't that bothered to go over it myself as the price was so good. Not many salons still use hot wax though, most have moved on to Lycon wax which is kinder on the skin, though I haven't had any sensitivity from the hot wax.
Eyebrow threading was great she really knew what she was doing! Will definitely go back. Although eyebrow threading should be charged at £5 by Treatwell, not £6 as there is a clear sign in the salon window saying they charge £5.
I had a shellac manicure and pedicure, the technician was really rushed and didn't do a very good job. I had to ask her to re-do 2 of my nails but to be honest they still don't look very good and after 2 days a couple of them have already started chipping already which should not happen. For how much I paid they shouldn't look like this and I'm really disappointed. Unfortunately I already paid on treatwell otherwise I would have refused to pay.
Celebrity Salon is a bit of a mess both physically and in terms of organisation.
Wait times and customer service are abysmal, although some of the staff are very nice.
The eyebrow thread and the eyebrow /eyelash tint were very decent and good value.
The wax was a bit of a disaster, mostly due to the poorly lit 'room' (a worn out treatment bed behind a very dirty curtain).
You get what you pay for.
