A very thorough wax. Hot wax used mainly, with strip wax for touch ups in the end. Mostly painless. Was early and offered coffee and tea on arrival. lovely staff!

The salon was convenient, friendly, clean etc... but my haircut wasn't great i'm afraid :( it seemed ok when I left, but as always when I dried and styled it myself the next day, it was really choppy and not a great shape - there are chunks out of it here and there. I need to go somewhere else to correct it now. A shame, as the guy was nice enough.
