Rescheduled booking over the phone for today at 1pm due to snow complicating journey.
Go in at 1pm today and waited 15 minutes, on my lunch break no sign of woman coming upstairs and colleague didn’t even go and tell her I was there. It seemed she double booked me. I asked her colleague well what do I do? She said come back 5:15 and we’ll do it then.
Came back 5:15, was sent downstairs to change and wait, I was told she would be five minutes. I couldn’t sit down as the bed had not been cleaned since last client. I was there for twenty minutes in my underwear standing around before I shouted upstairs ‘is anyone coming?’ To which someone said ‘oh she’s doing someone’s hair’ I got changed and left. She seemed confused as to why someone waiting for the second time today had left after waiting in their underwear next to a dirty waxing bed for twenty minutes.
I have made a formal complaint and shall not be returning
Andrew was fantastic and a very good host (asked if I wanted refreshments twice). He understood my needs perfectly and was very professional in his work.
