I booked a hot wax (Brazilian - hot wax); the therapist mainly used strip wax instead of hot wax. The strip wax ripped my skin and caused bruising.

My first experience here was excellent but this time I'm not satisfied. The gel is not applied in a even way nor with precision. It's really put on unprofessionally. The beautician was not very delicate with the cuticle and several time she was touching her nose and her ears while doing the mani, so no much attention to hygiene. Would not repeat with same beatician, but would give another chance to the place.
