I arrived having booked treatements on treatwell and was nonchalantly sent away and told to wait by a grumpy member of staff doing a foot treatment.
I then went into my waxing and was given half a Hollywood before realising what was going on, not what I asked for there was a breakdown in communication. My wedding was 2 days later and it was very upsetting. We terminated the treatment in tears and requested a refund for the treatments I didn’t have and it was denied. Never GO HERE.

Asked to sign iPad not given anything to read just told to sign. Treatment not whole body. Finished in half an hour then hot steam treatment out on my back. I don’t need that. I don’t have black heads on my back. Left exposed with door ajar. Therapist got her phone and it buzzed continuously then she sat and scrolled through it while I was steamed which was not part of my treatment. Never ever comingback
