Really abrupt and painful waxing. I was left with uneven bikini line where I feel like I would shave it all off if it wasn't for the scars I have that I try to hide. I left feeling shaken and tearful. The most painful wax I have ever had. She just waxed and ripped without pressing on the skin or anything. I am really upset by it.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful experience, was told that my hair was “very thick”, my toenails “too small” and my fingernails “very thin”. They could not remove the shellac that was already on my toenails and she scratched one of my toes by filing my nails very hard. They charged £10 for the removal. There was lots of confusion about how much I should pay and I left feeling like I had been overcharged. Will not be returning.

The treatments were good on the whole but there was minimal communication about either of them. I wasn’t asked what colour I wanted for the lashes. The massage was good but a little too long lying on my front and become uncomfortable on my legs. Not a place to go for pampering. The salon is tired and noisy. The cover up was dirty obviously used a lot without being washed and nothing in the room was well presented, inviting or relaxing. Suppose it’s ok for the money but I won’t be going back
