I have had to email the manager to discuss my complaint and am awaiting a response. Needless to say I will not be booking a treatment again as I had to ask it to be terminated after 5 minutes

Just awful! Got wax all over my clothing and left so much hair unwaxed. for sensitive areas I had to use hard wax otherwise the hot wax would have burned my skin, but then they tried to charge me extra for this despite not informing me it would be a higher price to use the wax that wouldn’t burn me

I used my £50 gift voucher twice. First time manicure/pedicure which I booked online. Apparently I had more than what I had book and had to pay more in cash.
Second time I had £8 left so booked a basic pedicure. Nails cut and varnished which I assumed was the mini pedicure £12. I refused the massage offered but still ended up paying for a Spa Pedicure. £26. I was only in the salon for 30mins.

Perfectly good gel manicure, and nails look good. The lady that helped me was polite but the general appearance of the store looked tired and the UV lamps were very dirty in appearance. Not a problem for my treatment, but didn't give. a great impression
