We had a lovely girly spa day at Brooklands. Excellent massage (we all agree one of the best we've ever had!). Great setting. We loved chilling out on the balcony in the hot tub and in the meditation room. There is no swimming pool, but that didn't bother me. Staff were very helpful and attention, except after they had served us afternoon tea. They just set it down and left, didn't come back to check it was ok or were very visible to call their attention. That would be my only small criticism. All in all it was a fab day.

Staff appeared very busy, overwhelmed, unattentive. Steam room and hot tub were cold. Poor range of facilities. Various people complaining about lack of lockers, temperature of sauna, hot tub, not getting their orders, shortened treatment times, which did not create a good atmosphere
