This is the second Brazilian Blow Dry that I've had at Brasil, they do a great job!
I felt like I was in safe hands throughout. The staff were friendly and smiley, there was a little bit of a language barrier but just letting my stylist get on with the treatment was fine by me. She gave me the option of the strength to use which was a nice touch, I like to keep a bit of wave :) Thank you!

There is a bit of a language barrier with some (not all) of the staff, but it's excellent value, an excellent product and wonderful service. The lady who did my eyebrow wax especially was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

The Hairdresser didn't speak any English and he hadn't even seen my hair dry before getting it washed. The staff were very friendly and the treatments were amazing!

Don't get a haircut here if you only speak English. Staff really do only speak a few words. They seemed nice, but being able to communicate is important when getting a haircut, and the language barrier made for a really uncomfortable experience. I wasn't happy with my haircut (it's uneven on each side), but couldn't communicate this to get it fixed. Will need to shell out again for another cut elsewhere to neaten it up. I also had a 45 minute wait from the time of my appointment until my hair was cut. The cut itself lasted about 10 mins.
