Unable to communicate with therapist as they did not speak English. Male back waxing usually involves blending a gradient into the shoulders and arms so that there isn't an abrupt and severe line of hair/no hair. Trying to explain and request this was impossible due to no common language, and the receptionist whom came to help us just kept asking if I would like my entire arms waxed too (!!). Men, suggest jogging on.

The staff didn't speak much English so it was difficult to communicate. I didn't feel very relaxed and the process and machinery used was different to any Brazilian blowdry I've had before. (I've had over 10) It also took longer than usual at 2.5 hours.
