Loved the welcoming atmosphere. Great staff, great treatment.
My hair is quite thin so it only took 2 hours. My hair looked very sleek and moist when leaving. I slept in them tonight and same uber straight look in the morning. They recommended 3 days before washing my hair so I'm looking forward to seeing the result after the wash. Will come again!!!

As with my manicure, the pedicure I had is messy. It was nice to have a foot soak too for this price. The technician cut my cuticle too much, which meant I left with a bloody and
sore toe.

While this was a great price -my manicure is a little messy. There wasn't a
great selection of colours so I ended up settling for one that I wasn't completely happy with. I also has to ask to have them filed smooth.

I have been to Brasil Hair three times now and was always very pleased. Sure, the ambience is probably not quite 5-star, but if this is what you are after go to West End (and spend 3-times more!). Their Brasilian Blow Dry is an excellent value - why pay more for super fancy places when you can get exactly the same quality treatment here? Their blow dries are also amazing two, twice I had it done by Elizabeth who was very good. I had also had my hair cut and highlighted. I was super-pleased with all the treatments. The lady who seems to be the manager is always very friendly, she listens carefully which means you get exactly what you want.
Most recently I went to change my hair colour from brown to blond. It was a long process, but Wisler did an amazing job and I have been getting lots of "wows" since then. I have seen other reviews on lack of language skills, but I have not had any problems communicating what I needed done which was always achieved. Personally, I think it is actually quite nice to be able to relax and catch up on magazine read instead of small talk with strangers.
I will definitely be going back.
