I am having my hair blow dried regularly, I have been around Europe so I think I can tell the good one from just an acceptable one.
Girls in Brasil Hair know their stuff. I recommend. My hair stay wonderful for next 5 days. They are really good, even the washing of the hair itself was good. Some girls are better and more sufficient than the others and massage your head. I like that...;-)
Staff was very nice, however the manicure and pedicure were very bad.
As it was an express mani and pedi it was obviously never going to be as nice as a full treatment including cuticle care etc., however the member of staff taking care of me even forgot to file my nails and I had to remind her to do so.
The nail polish was applied neatly but unfortunately it came up with lots and lots of little bubbles. I suggested to put another layer on top to salvage this and she agreed that this would make things better. Once I was home and everything was fully dried up the bubbles were still there and I basically just removed everything and did it myself.
What a waste of time and money!
My experience at Brazil hair was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone, their customer service was very poor, I arrived and had to wait 45 minutes before being seen, only to be told that it would be another 10 minutes, but I said I would just come back tomorrow. The next day I came the lady that was meant to do my wax didn't greet me she just said come lets go and tried to rush me downstairs because she said she had to go somewhere after but I didn't like the vibe so I said I would just come back later and another day. When I did come back another lady (I think this was the owner) told me to wait downstairs and then took me into a room where I had to watch her clean it up, then she told me to remove my underwear and to my surprise she didn't give me the paper knickers you usually wear when you have a full Hollywood wax, just to lay down. When she started, the wax was way to hot and she just kept plastering it on and ripping it off, I told to wait and she just kept on saying don't worry it's fine. At this point I just wanted her to finish but when I looked down there was still hair in which I had to tell her you missed this part and that part, where she tried to tell me she can't go over it so I just left it. To top it off she put the "aloe Vera gel" on me and put way to much so I asked for a tissue and she gave me a sterilised wipe which burned me clearly because it had ancho in it after she told me don't use any products with alcohol. Overall I was so upset and wish I never sat through that because it was a waste of money and came across as an inexperienced unprofessional wax. I will never go back and I would advise anyone wanting to go to this place not to!
