Brazil Hair is the best salon, bit annoying that I had to wait for them to open for my appointment but their work is always excellent

The manicure-pedicure took place at the venue's reception as they didn't take into account I was coming. I felt uncomfortable sitting on a chair by the entrance, putting my feet on the therapist lap while people from the street looked on. Also, the reception wasn't clean enough to feel like you wanted to have a beauty treatment in it. I asked to go to one of the rooms but they said it was impossible. We were interrupted many times. They therapist did her best but my nails aren't looking great either..
Also on Treatwell it's said the treatment would be 1 hour but in reality it was almost two and I was late to a meeting...

I had Juliana who was so pleasant and personable, and definitely made me feel at ease. The waxing itself was also practically painless which makes it definitely worth a repeat visit! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the salon uses strip wax instead of hot wax and I have always preferred the latter, and would have liked the option of hot wax available even though it would have cost more. So all in all, a good wax at a great value, and will be returning!

Really lovely staff and nice beauty salon. The masseus was lovely and pretty good. However I would have enjoyed some relaxing background music and in an ideal world, a choice or even explanation of what massage oils she could/would use on me. And a herbal tea at the end of the treatment would have been nice.
