I was seen very promptly when I arrived and shown to the clean and spacious treatment room. Juliana was fantastic, very professional and friendly. It was my first Brazilian and she made to talk me through everything she was doing. It was not too painful and the results were fantastic. Will definitely be going back

A very relaxing environment - and very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly, and the Manicure and Pedicure were done thoroughly. If there was anything to improve would have been a massage along with the treatment, but perhaps that is not what I signed up for.

Been coming here for a while but was disappointed today left waiting for an hour only one hairdresser and waited a lot between my treatment. Staff all very friendly but usually have a very good service offered a drink but this appointment felt very rushed not sure if it's because I normally go on the weekend and this appointment was after work. Alas generally a nice place though

Very quick and thorough. A bit surprised when asked to apply oil/aloe vera afterwards myself, but not a big deal
