Terrible experience all round - horrendous customer service and poor results. I have never experienced such awful service at a hair dressers as I did at Brasil Hair. The lady doing my hair probably spoke a maximum of 20 words to me the whole time I was there and mostly grunted when I asked questions. The whole thing felt extremely rushed, on the website it says it should take 2-3 hours but I was out of there in an hour. She roughly washed my hair and then yanked through it hurriedly with a comb. She shoved a towel in my lap before applying the product (with no explanation), and it was only once it was nearly done, after I'd spent the duration with streaming eyes that she sarcastically told me it was for my eyes. She burnt my head endlessly with both the hairdryer and straighteners, again not sure if she was just trying to rush it but held them both for an overly long time at my scalp despite my wincing and mentioning it several times. All in all a hugely unpleasant experience! I was offered no advice despite me saying it was my first time having a Brazilian Blow Dry. Furthermore, my scalp has since begin to flake really badly - not sure if it's a result of the product or her burning it while she dried and ironed. The overall result was also pretty average. My hair is pretty straight anyway, I just wanted it to look sleeker, however after all that it's only made a marginal difference.

The salon is fairly basic but the Hollywood wax by Adriana is excellent. She’s quick and efficient and the most painless waxer I’ve ever had. She doesn’t speak much English but is really friendly. Would highly recommend for value and quality.
