The Hollywood wax was quick and efficient. I do have a high pain threshold but at times I thought it was painful, as proven with a small patch of top layer of skin removed. There was no modesty towel given, very casual customer services and little care. The outcome was fine but the experience should be better.

I had a Brazilian blow dry and my hair feels very smooth and straight. The treatment itself took about 2 hours and had to wait for about 10 minutes. I recommend this venue
