Absolutely brilliant no fuss haircut - I was in and out in 15 minutes having had a great trim all over. Finally found a place that can just cut hair rather than add on all the expensive extras I don’t want!

Terrible customer experience and bad quality haircut. Nobody spoke english well enough to understand my requirements. They didn't look at my current hairstyle before washing it, so it was hard to explain what my hair is like and what sort of haircut i need. I was left for more than 20 minutes with a hair mask, with no explanation and indication. After 20 minutes (having been told it would take 10 max) I had to find someone to wash the mask off. The haircut and the blow dry was not at all what I wanted and I was passed on from one member of staff to another. I made the mistake of coming back after not a very good experience a couple of years ago, hoping it would have improved. I definitely won't be back now and will need to go to my usual hair stylist to rectify this. I think they have regular customers and treat them better, so I guess many would have had a better experience.

The staff were nice. The wax was the type that gets sticky and hard to pull off, so it was more painful than other reg hot waxed I’ve had. Also, the woman missed quite a few spots and I had to check and tell her to redo them twice, as there was still visible hair in the inner areas.
