I had a facial and a hot stone massage and both treatments were amazing and very relaxing. Lisa was really lovely too.
I was staying in the hotel for a few nights and the spa itself was nice but it could do with a deep clean / refurbishment as there was a lot of dirt in the tiles and it just looks a bit dated.
The changing rooms are also very small.

As a whole the spa experience was good. I had a pregnancy massage which was fantastic and my partner had a Swedish massage which he really enjoyed.
We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working and the pool temperature was also very cold!!! We were also not informed until we'd paid for parking that it was an inclusive part of the spa day!
Finally the ladies changing rooms were not very clean. The sanitary bin was full and overflowing and had flies around it!!

Issues included:
Booking treatments. We felt we were not listen to.
Cleanliness of the spa facilities.
Unable to use the jacuzzi.
Loud banging noise in the sauna.
Cold pool.
Other guests eating foot and using phones isn’t the relaxation room (recommend implementation of signs).
However, the staff were friendly and provided a good service when we had our massage and we did enjoy our time.

Great massage, good facilities. The changing rooms are a bit ‘tired’ and the whole spa was a bit dirty (hair and dirt on floors when walking between rooms). Other than that a nice evening.
