We attended a spa weekend for a Hen party at West Cliffe. Not really sure where to begin..the staff were not friendly or helpful, there were a few who were nicely but overall staff were short. The spa area was beyond disappointing - a really tiny pool which was dirty, a small jacuzzi and a whirlpool that only came on when it felt like it. Definitely would never go back for a spa weekend. Food was lovely and the massages we got were divine- otherwise avoid!

I have never done anything like this before and it was a treat with my 16 year old daughter. We had a great time. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and due to the location it was so easy to pop out to the beach and the shopping areas. Bournemouth was great place to visit. Thank you

The venue was great, the staff were brilliant, I had an Elemis body massage with Alice, it was the best treatment I've ever had, followed by a facial which was also fantastic.
The only small flaw was that in the aromatherapy cave the little LED lights on the roof of the cave weren't working.
Everything in the Spa was of a very high standard.
