The week before had issues with treatments times . On calling the hotel over 7 times and no answer, my emails where responded too. The issue was resolved 2 days before arrival , but did put downer on what should have been a great birthday week !! But on arrival the staff were great ,downstairs hotel lovely , bedrooms are dated but clean ,, food especially the breakfast was amazing and the massages / facials were one of the best we have experienced .......

Lovely treatments, really great massage and facial and lovely staff. However the pool was freezing and changing rooms cramped. One toilet, had to share a locker, and tiny bench for everyone to use to get changed on

On arrival to the spa; the lady at reception was absolutely wonderful. Allowed us to check in early and was able to use the facilities straight away. down in the spa reception area, the lady was able to sort out the confusion with treatments.
Straight forward and easy. The treatments itself were a massive let down and was very disappointing. One of the ladies in the restaurant was very abrupt. We did not receive our complimentary glass of bubbles
Could write more.. not enough space to do so.
