I was shocked that we had to pay £5 per person to use the spa pool after we had already paid for the treatments. The pool was filthy and the handles on the steps were so dirty you could have peeled it off. Our superior room was grotty with holes in the carpet & the floorboards need replacing as the noise from the room above was awful. Food was very good & the staff amazing

The only thing that let it down, was being charged £5 each to use the spa pool, which was filthy. The hand rails on the steps into the pool were foul. Lisa was amazing. 10/10 for her!
