I’d have to start by saying to two masseurs were fantastic in treatment and personality.
The spa and other staff however have a long way to go before they are even average.
No staff on main desk.
No available lockers.
Cold dirty water on the changing floor.
Rotten wood.
Mould and limes scale everywhere.
Just felt dirty.
Restaurant staff not attentive.
Food took quite a while.
Menu very average.
Would I return NO! I’ve been in the leisure industry a long time & this was not good..

The Treatwell spa deal we had was extremely good value for money. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The food was great and the 25 minute treatments we had were wonderful! The only drawback was the spa itself is underground and smells a lot of chlorine. But all in all it was a fabulous experience we would happily repeat.
