The only thing that let it down, was being charged £5 each to use the spa pool, which was filthy. The hand rails on the steps into the pool were foul.

Firstly our treatments were fantastic - Lisa was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation and her professionalism.
The Spa itself was very disappointing as it was not very welcoming from the reception area, we found it very dark, the water was far too cold and the depth was too shallow. It was not an atmosphere that was soothing & relaxing - there were loud noises coming from a maintenance room and the pool surroundings were untidy.
I'm relieved the treatments made up for it.

We had a lovely day. The treatments from Lisa were excellent and the food was delicious. The waiter was so considerate and helpful to accommodate my GF. All staff we came into contact with were lovely
