Nothing too much trouble. A reserved lounger was brought down to the spa pool for one of our group who was unfortunately not allowed to use the facilities for health reasons so they could be with the rest of the group.
We swapped and changed treatments according to government restrictions with no quibble.
Therapists were friendly and knew their stuff.

I was shocked that we had to pay £5 per person to use the spa pool after we had already paid for the treatments. The pool was filthy and the handles on the steps were so dirty you could have peeled it off. Our superior room was grotty with holes in the carpet & the floorboards need replacing as the noise from the room above was awful.
