To cut a long story short as i only have 500 words, very limited availabilty on treatment and afternoon tea times. Stale sandwiches on the afternoon tea and no glass of prosecco as advertised on the website. The only facilities available due to covid were a very small and cold swimming pool and a jacuzzi and we got chucked out of the the jacuzzi after 15 minutes as the chemical balance was incorrect. So we ended up having to spend 2 hours in the bar waiting or our treatment!!very disappointing!!

I gave this to my Mum & Auntie for their birthdays and they came home extremely relaxed and pampered. They said they both had a terrific time even in the testing times of COVID!

Not the best experience. In the spa area due to cleanliness and lack of facilities (understandable but still disappointing). The Indian bead massage and facial by Lisa was excellent however and well worth the effort we made to visit.
