Paid over £100 for the spa day, most facilities closed which we never got told I know it’s no ones fault due to covid but would of been nice to have been notified. Spa facilities were pretty poor. Lots of cracked tiles in the pool and just looked grubby. No robes or slippers which was also supposed to be included.
Since becoming a leisure club member at the West Cliff Hotel, I have been impressed by the facilities, and staff.
The level of cleanliness in the gym/spa area was always high prior to Covid-19, so I was confident to return after the re-opening. My first massage, with Lisa, was wonderful and I'm looking forward to my next one soon. She was skilled and caring, and understood my specific needs.
