We were not given robes despite paying for them and them being detailed on our booking. We showed our booking to reception but were told, sorry no, you can't have them. We did however see others in robes...

We both booked in for a Swedish massage and we weren’t disappointed. Alice was amazing and we both felt so relaxed and chilled for the rest of the day.

The spa facilities were good! 1 member of staff cam across quite rude. But overall a good Experiance and the massage was 10/10. I wouldn’t recommend staying at the hotel as the food was horrible and portions were tiny, room was not great either.
