The soup I ordered for lunch was not hot (it was heated up upon request). My friend ordered a cheese and pickle sandwich for her lunch and the bread was dry. The spa area could have been cleaner. I was disappointed as I have stayed at the hotel before and my previous experience was better.
Swedish Massage
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were great if not a little cramped at times with the number of people using them. This meant you sometimes had to wait to use one such as the hot tub or the steam room. The massage itself was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone to book in for a treatment with the team there.
Deep Tissue Massage
Lovely day at the spa. Shame they water levels needed checking so spa pool out of use for about an hour. Changing rooms very small and lockers need to be updated.
Staff were super helpful and polite. Plenty of good towels and robe was comfortable. Massage good but wasnât asked if I wanted a hard, medium or soft pressure like my friend was. Overall fab value and a nice day
