I really enjoyed the facilities. They were very clean and the staff were really nice.

Before arrival we were told dressing gowns & slippers were to be supplied but was told they weren`t doing those due to Covid-19 BUT quite a few guests had them so not sure why.
Breakfast was almost cold, we were also told prior to arrival that we can have a choice of eggs but when we went down to breakfast we were told on fried eggs were being cooked, most of it was hard and inedible.
Having to pay to park wasn`t ideal.
Staff were friendly and helpful though,

Very good facilities and felt extremely safe and comfortable due to the current unprecedented times. But I understand the rules in place for health and safety. Which meant that we couldn’t go into the spa when we wanted due to full capacity. Although wish the pool was a bit warmer. Lovely, relaxing experience. Friendly staff, we will be coming again!! Thankyou.
