I had a really good experience and the facilities felt COVID-19 secure. There were limited numbers in the spa which also helped. The afternoon tea was delicious and the service was great

If you want a Spa Break Package this is the one! From the hotel to the staff and everything included I couldn't fault one moment! COVID-19 Implements in place I felt so safe! Thank you so much and we will be returning!

Treatment and therapist was very good, but the rest was poor felt rushed wasn’t sure what the system was instructions we got given we’re terrible and not organised, bar staff and there costumer service skills was even worse and the food was shocking one of our meals was extremely burnt, very dry and even came with some hair. Very disappointed.
