Changing area and general hygiene of the spa was poor.
Had use of the Sauna, Steam Room and Aroma Cave but Relaxation Lounge was not open. When asked why, there was no real reason, just that it hadn’t opened since they were able too. Annoying as there was nowhere to ‘relax’ apart from walking to the main pool area, which is not part of the spa.
Aroma Cave smelt odd and was dark. When asked why, was told that it was fine but then saw staff turn it on but they didn’t come back and tell us.

The area and actual place itself is lovely. As soon as you come in staff are lovely and friendly, as well as helpful! We had an amazing time!

Swimming pool, spa area (including Jacuzzi) were amazing!
Place was very clean and COVID measures were in place!
The Therapists were super friendly and they knew what they were doing!! Swedish massage was amazing!!
We will be back definitely!

My massage wasn’t the length of time it was supposed to be…it was over 5 minutes shorter. The therapist gave up half way through and didn’t put much effort in.
