The spa itself was beautiful and relaxing. We were able to use most of the facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed before our treatment. It was a shame that the steam room was out of use. The massage itself was probably one of the best I’ve had and the therapist was really nice and comforting. Left feeling very chilled and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely be returning!

Lisa was very kind and the treatment was heaven.
What I found annoying was that the receptionist kept my voucher. Meaning I had no proof it had still £ 40.00 for another treatment on it.
He said: “it is on the computer, that is good enough and you are already booked in for another treatment “.
If there is a malfunction with the PC the proof has gone and it would have been easy to give me a copy of the voucher with £35.00 for the luxury pedicure taken off

Both myself and my wife had a relaxing Swedish massage, although the Spa was suffering from the restrictions due to Covid-19 , our day was as good as could be expected. Will definitely come back when it is fully open again.
