I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and enjoyed making use of the spa during my stay. Even with the COVID restrictions, I was still able to enjoy a fantastic and very relaxing break. I booked a 60-minute, age-defying facial and 60-minute deep tissue massage with Lisa. Both were brilliant and were definitely worth the money. Lisa was very friendly and made me feel at ease instantly. I will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Bit disappointed that to use the spa facilities I had to pay £10 per person only to find out that maintenance work was being carried out and I couldn’t use the pool. Also was charged £20 to park my car on the hotel premises. There are no prices on the restaurant menus which causes confusion also. However the staff were very pleasant and helpful and my room was comfortable.

We were not given robes despite paying for them and them being detailed on our booking.
We showed our booking to reception but were told, sorry no, you can't have them.
We did however see others in robes...
