Elemis facial was lovely products smelt lovely, skin felt so soft. Would of been nice if I'd been told each product as it was applied instead of after treatment was finished. Massage,,was great,,

My therapist Lisa was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed . She has a wonderful and gentle personality and explained all of the methods and treatments used . The spa area was clean and welcoming and all the staff was friendly and welcoming .

The Spa etc was excellent We could not fault it. The lunch was good apart from it was booked for 2pm finally got lunch at 3.45 after complaining twice .Said due to staffing .
