litttle disappointed when we arrived we had to ask where to get changed, could we get robes,and the jacuzzi wasnt working until later in the day. this was a birthday present for my daughter and i was a little embarrased because my red letter day paper work was very misleading.i realise this wasnt your problem but the man in charge of the spa could have been more helpful. there was no orientation on arrival.
i have complained to red letter days. treatments where as expected.
The treatment was good, however, there was a misunderstanding with treatments and my friend got a massage in error and pedicure and not her manicure whch I thought was wrong as not her error
but in all we had a lovely massage etc
not over impressed with pool area etc very dated and no beds
It was amazing. The room was clean, subtly lit and had soft music playing in the background. It made me feel cosy and relaxed. Lisa was outstanding, she explained the process beforehand and made me comfortable. The massage itself was wonderful, she was friendly, very skillful and thorough. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience.
