Staff were very friendly, at reception & in treatments. The relaxation area was still closed (covid), the jacuzzi pool was closed when we first arrived (opened half way through the visit), and the pool was much too cold to just sit and chill, so there wasn't really anywhere to sit and relax at all. The sauna & steam rooms were nice, and the aromatherapy room too. Overall OK & treatments very good.

We came for my fiancé’s birthday, had an absolutely amazing time, it’s a shame the hot tub was closed for maintenance while we were there but all the facilities are firsts rate and the treatments were top class

My wife and I booked massages at the same time. My masseuse was Alice who I can say with confidence gave me the best massage I have ever experienced. I have previous massages with some household name spa’s and they did not compare to the treatwell massage well done.

Very good, the treatments were wonderful and faultless, the facilities were good, but the whirlpool connected to the pool wasn’t fully working, only some of the jets were working and around the side of the whirlpool by the top waterline had engrained dirt on the tiles. There was also a lot of sand at the bottom of the two pools and the jacuzzi
