The staff was amazing, very welcoming.
The room was just standard. Spa was good but the ladies changing rooms wasn't very clean. I had a Swedish massage and that was amazing. I had a good night sleep. So over all it was nice but I expected abit more of a high standards.

The treatment itself and the therapist Alice were excellent. It is the hotel spa facilities and cleanliness which left a lot to be desired.Changing rooms were dirty, cramped & uncomfortable. For those looking to spend a spa 'day' there, forget it; No beds around the spa pool, relaxation room is closed due to Covid (cop out - there are no longer any restrications - just space the loungers out a bit). So basically unless you want to stand all day standing, this is not a relaxing day out.
