The spa is rather cramped down in the basement. I wasn't handed a towel on entering, so assumed they were in the changing room (which is tiny, cramped and very damp!), so had to go back to reception and get one. The pools and jacuzzi are fine, but the steam room floor needed a bit of a scrub. The Aromatherapy room could have done with some information as to what oils were in the diffuser, and the scent wasn't very strong. Didn't use the Sauna. Nice touch to provide eco-wet-bags for wet cozzies
