It was Lisa that gave me my massage and I couldn’t fault her.
Nice and friendly when I went in, then gave me a much needed fab massage.
I came out feeling great, I didn’t want it to end

Facilities like the Pool and jacuzzi were fine but the steam room, changing rooms and shower were disgusting.
Never saw a cleaner the entire visit.
Alice the the Therapist was wonder. Best massage I have had in a long time.
Staff was in the bar were moody, rude and hostile.
Receptionist was friendly.
Didn’t stay so cannot comment on the rooms.

The facial and staff at the treatment room were excellent.
The only thing that spoilt our day was the very poor food but the waiter was lovely.

My daughter and I throughly enjoyed the spa experience. (Pool, sauna, steam room etc.) the staff and therapists were all very friendly and efficient. We had a 2 course meal included and this is what let our experience down. We thought the quality of the food was poor. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.
