The Spa was scruffy and the changing room was so small, 1 shower and 1 toilet!
The water in the spa was freezing!
There were not enough sunbeds to go around for the amount of people and when asked for more the Hotel Receptionist was really unhelpful.
We had a sandwich for lunch and the bread was really dry!
Therapists were lovely and massage was great.
I would not return to this hotel for a spa day anytime soon!

Had a fabulous mother / daughter day with vegan cream tea which was delicious and we were given a take away box for the cakes we didn’t finish.
I had the Elemis body scrub and my daughter had the facial. Both therapists were wonderful and the treatments were fab.

Elemis facial was lovely products smelt lovely, skin felt so soft. Would of been nice if I'd been told each product as it was applied instead of after treatment was finished.
