Absolutely fantastic, return trip to the spa. I honestly cannot fault the spa or the treatments. The service was top notch and both of my treatments (full body deep tissue massage and the age-defying pro collagen facial) carried out by Lisa were amazing. Lisa is very attentive, highly skilled and a true professional, who is also personable, putting you at ease. I would highly recommend a visit and I am very much looking forward to returning again.

The spa rooms needed an update. Changing areas needed a clean. No smell in aromatherapy room. As day guests we weren’t given much instructions or offered robes to use. Sandwiches we bought at lunchtime pretty bland. Overall everything needs an overhaul. Massages were good.

Really lovely spa day and treatment. Very welcoming and friendly spa staff. Would definitely do the spa again. Only minor con, was that the hotel restaurant staff were rather inattentive.
