My daughter & I really enjoyed our treatments but unfortunately the spa itself is very run down. The whole pool area & especially the ladies toilet/ changing area was dirty & in need of updating. Broken tiles, dirty floors & mould do not make a spa experience pleasant. We were not the only ones that noticed the lack of care, there were several conversations with other customers that were all very disappointed. The ladies only shower was particularly bad, black mould & a filthy screen.

Was the best massage I’ve everything had, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, very clear and understood,

This was supposed to be a luxury Spa day but reception could have been much improved. Felt like they did not know what was going on. We had to ask for robes and slippers. Our lunch had not been booked so we had to wait. Compared to other spa days I have been to we did not feel looked after.
The treatment could not be improved.
At lunch there was another guest in the restaurant who was no eating but attended a video meeting which was very intrusive.
