We were spoilt for choice in the spa - so many options for relaxing. The massage was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly.

It was my first facial - Grace was lovely in listening to me and explaining the process- and informing me every step of the way. If we were staying longer - I would have had another treatment.

Service-Not impressed with the service in the restaurant slow , Staff miserable Not attentive don’t look as if they want to be there The receptionist gave a warm welcome and explained all the facilities great asset to the company however the spa facilities are dirty and not working properly Overall very disappointed with the experience as it should’ve been a relaxing Spa day unfortunately nothing was working

Very friendly helpful staff. Good food . Clean rooms . Nice spa facilities . Excellent therapist . The spa package was really good value for money .. Three course dinner/ breakfast , cocktail / sparkling wine with meal , 25 minute treatment and use of all facilities.. such a bargain!! ( Girls night in)
