Overall the day was lovely. The food was excellent and the massage myself and my partner had was amazing.
We were disappointed one of the rooms was closed due to covid. Found this confusing as we could be in the jacuzzi and over small areas like sauna with other people.
We were also disappointed in now receiving robes or slippers. It was not clearly stated that you had to pay for them before arrival so we didn’t bring anything to wear on our feet.

We had a great time at West Cliff Hotel on our spa day. The massage treatments were fantastic and we were treated really well throughout the only process. The facilities were good with a variety of different spa options, jacuzzi, pool, steam room, sauna and aromatherapy cave. The only disappointment was the lunch which was reheated and took quite a long time to get to us after ordering. This lead to a mad rush to make it to our treatment appointment on time.
