The steam room didn't work, and the female changing rooms were dirty with very little space to change and only one shower. The shower had clumps of other people's hair all over it and little flies in the cubicle. It looked pretty dirty. I came here for my birthday and I thought the afternoon tea was lovely but the spa was not great. The treatment was nice. I have complained to the management about the handling of their cancellation policy over covid.

Changing rooms could do with a bit of a clean especially the shower and hardly any room. Lunch service was below average and the one thing I wanted on the menu they didn’t have. The treatments were amazing!
