This was my first-ever 'spa break' and my first ever massage so I have nothing to compare with and no expectations to exceed really. I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout which made for an enjoyable experience. The massage was slightly firmer than I anticipated but Jodie was very aware and adjusted pressure to suit. The whole experience was unhurried and I would certainly attend another session and recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful spa break for my mom and i , the spa pool etcis ok but dark and not bug enough to chill !! The treatments were great and best massage i have had ever and been to many spa breaks all over the world !!

The upstairs pool was very nice, but the actual spa was not good. The pool was too cold, the jacuzzi wasn't working, the floors were dirty, the changing rooms not nice at all. Staff don't seem to be well trained. The treatment rooms however were nice and the therapist was very good.
