Both treatments were excellent and all staff were brilliant. Pool, sauna and jacuzi were great. The steam room wasn't working which was a disappointment and the spa area was a bit dated and in need of some updates.

The spa experience was really good, just let down by the lunch service. This was exceptionally slow, so much so my sister had her main course and then had a treatment appointment so had her desert mid afternoon. The restaurant was not busy such a shame.

Not had a facial before so was a very nice surprise and will certainly be on the top of my list when booking another treatment, Alice was great all-round and made the experience all the better. my wife had 2 treatment the massage and a frangipani wrap which she said was exceptional a birthday break to remember

the pool was very cold, the steam room wasnt turned on
the facilities in the ladies changing rooms were very poor and discussing
the bar man was rude and sarcastic!!!
the afternoon tea was fabulous and the waitress was excellent and very smiley and helpful
