Had a lovely Spa day with my daughter. My only critisism is the changing rooms are very small with only one shower. Other than that it was a really good day

There is very little space in the Ladies changing room. There appeared to be only one Ladies Toilet in the Spa vicinity and that was accessible in the minimal space of the changing room.

Our treatments were amazing, and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
The spa was very busy when we went, and some parts of it were very run down like the changing rooms. It would be nicer if there was more places to sit and chill. Overall, it was a nice spa but does need some improvements.

Grubby tiles, cold pool, steam room with no steam, aromatherapy room with no scent, no gowns or slippers. No locks on doors of changing rooms, no ladies lockers, too many people to space, masseuse had snotty nose so sniffed whole way through massage. Lunch was sub par offered 1 drink, didn't eat sandwiches but cakes were nice. Very disappointed Left early.
