Spa was fine and massage was good. As an experience, Lunch was a disappointment and both of us were I’ll afterwards.

Lisa and Grace did my treatments and they were fantastic!
Downsides were that robes were not included in our spa package. I have never had this before. Also there weren't any loungers by the pool. There is a relaxation room with loungers but only 4 people could use the room at any one time. Changing rooms are VERY narrow with only 1 toilet/shower.
We had a nice time overall but this did put a slight dampener on the day

Steam room wasn't working very well.
Back massage was very nice & afternoon tea was delicious.
