The spa area was dark and dingy. The pool
Water was mercy and change rooms were dirty. Felt very unhygienic in the spa area, so spent most of my time in the upstairs pool.

Fantastic service from the minute we walked in the door. Only downside for us was lack of seating around the jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool as we liked being the the lower lit area rather than the pool upstairs. Afternoon tea was delicious and staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Treatments were amazing and ladies were lovely. Would high recommend and would love to visit again

Anna was fantastic. My skin looked amazing after the facial . I was so impressed I actually brought some products so I can carry on afterwards. She was very calming and knowledgable. I felt extremely relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend the treatment
